We're putting an increased focus on stability and reliability for our web application. Over the last few months, we've implemented several changes in the background that will make your webapp experience much smoother. If you continue to have issues, please log a ticket with your CSM and we will address it as soon as possible.
- Say hi to your Customer Success Manager! Your CSM's name is now visible in the comment section of a ticket (was previously showing as "unknown").
🐞 Bug Fixes
- You might have ran into issues with scheduling install and maintenance calls in the past. Great news, we've upgraded our scheduler. All attendees will now receive an invite with an accurate date and time.
- Various pages had frozen and demonstrated degraded performance. Multiple bugs impacting these pages have been addressed.
- Certain users may have experienced issues when attempting to log in. We've made several bug fixes and enhancements to alleviate these issues and will continue to monitor and provide support for any users still experiencing problems.
