To ensure Healthjump can access all necessary data points, we suggest a service account is created and/or provided with similar privileges as a Practice Manager or Administrator. This is strictly to ensure Healthjump will have proper access to the required data elements.
- Once the user is created using the email structure: support+<practicename>@healthjump.com and Practice Access code obtained, Healthjump can typically begin data extraction immediately.
- All data extractions are done in the evening at the designated time provided to Healthjump
- Healthjump only extracts what is necessary, based on the utilizing partners application specifications
