The Healthjump Sandbox Environment provides potential customers a preview of several Healthjump products. The below guide will walk you through sandbox access to 4 core features, the API, s3 unloads, the Healthjump app, and Database Explorer (DBX for short).
Please note that any data represented within the application is all deidentified testing data.
The Healthjump API is the primary way many Healthjump customers interact and connect to their practice data. The authenticate, the user will need the following:
Email Address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Secret Key: Included within attached environment file

Healthjump recommends using postman to test around the API. https://www.postman.com/downloads
Attached to this article, you will find our standard data model API collection and sandbox environment JSON. Both can both be imported into Postman.
In addition to our APIs, Healthjump offers customers the ability to access their data via unloaded files from the data warehouse into an AWS S3 bucket.
To access these files within the sandbox S3 environment, use the following credentials:

You can use tools like Cyberduck. s3Explorer, or the AWS CLI to access S3.
The Healthjump app is our front-end UI which allows our customers to manage their connections, add new connections, access DBX, set up automated QA, and much more. To access the app, please visit app.healthjump.com and use the following credentials:
Please note, the ability to set up new connections and add users is disabled for sandbox.
DBX is Healthjumps data exploration tool. It allows our customers to query, explore, and present the aggregated data within their data warehouse. To Access DBX, login to the app with the Sandbox credentials listed above, and click on DBExplorer in the left navigation bar:
