Welcome to the Healthjump Quickstart Guide. This guide is intended to take you through the Healthjump onboarding experience, as both you the user of the Healthjump Platform, and for the medical practices you will be connecting to.
Setting up the App
Before we can get into setting up the app, we need to log in to the app. Your Healthjump CSM should have provided the initial account credentials to your or your admin. This user will be able to invite other users to your app. FYI, Healthjump requires all users to utilize multifactor authentication (MFA) to log in to the app.
As a new user or new customer of Healthjump, setting up your company profile in the Healthjump app is vital to providing a seamless experience between your company and the Healthjump Practice Onboarding experience. This setup includes uploading your company logo, which will be displayed during agent installs and install / maintenance scheduling.
Notifications are an important aspect of your Healthjump configuration. Notifications allow you to stay on top of the significant events that occur with your connection. Connections going down, coming back up, and data being loaded are just a few of the notification types that can be set up.
Adding your Connection
Now that you have added your logo, and set up your notifications, you're ready to add your first connection. The Healthjump Installation process requires the generation of a license to kick off the practice implementation.
As you may have noticed during the license ordering process, you have the option to allow Healthjump to conduct your installation for you or to self-install. If you have chosen to self-install, then you are taking control over scheduling the agent installation with the practice. In this case, you can bypass this step altogether. If you choose to let Healthjump perform your installation, then you can use the link provided during the License ordering process to coordinate the installation date.
Data, Data, and Data
Once your agent is installed, that evening Healthjump will begin the extraction process (assuming that the installation was a success). Healthjump makes every effort to ensure the delivery of your data, from the initial backload to the daily incremental, in an orderly and timely fashion. Our goal is that the data always be available by early the next morning. You will be notified of successful extractions and data loads as they happen. In the event your data is not available, or you notice anomalies with your data, open a support ticket via the app ASAP.
The Recipes of Anomaly Detection
By now, you may be seeing your data via API or Unloads (we'll touch on that below). This is where that anomaly detection playlist you created will be utilized.
Note: Recipes from the playlist that return over the respective threshold will be reviewed by a Healthjump engineer to ensure that the data extraction process does not require a script specific to that practice.
