On your home page, you will now see the new Data Load Status widget which displays the status of your data- whether it is missing, partially missing, or fully missing. Follow the steps below to learn how to use the tool to find out exactly what client IDs are missing data and from where.
Note: The data represented in the widget reflects the last time Healthjump loaded data into the data warehouse. It does not necessarily indicate an issue with your data, and could just be reflecting a scenario in which there was no data to load.
1. By clicking into the widget or on the sidebar shown above, you will be able to see an overview of your data based on the client ID and dates. Blue means there is no data missing, yellow means there is some data missing, and grey means all of the data is missing.
2. Click on a cell or a client ID to see which tables are missing data. You can use the search feature shown below to filter between tables.
3. If you go back to the main table, you can hover over a yellow cell to get more detailed information about that client ID. Clicking on a table within the pop-up will automatically filter the view for you.
