The ReLi Med EHR utilizes an on-premise application UI that accesses a cloud-based database. For Healthjump to successfully connect and extract from ReLi Med, the Healthjump Agent will need to be installed on a server-class machine that has the Relimed App installed.
If the practice has read-only database credentials to the cloud-hosted SQL Server, they can enter them when prompted during the install. Otherwise, the credentials/server URL information can be skipped as the Healthjump agent will populate the agent with the credentials post-installation.
