Notifications are a great way to keep ontop of the various events that will happen over the course of a day as it pertains to your connections, agents, and data.
Healthjump currently supports 5 different types of alerts:
Notification Types
- Agent Connection Established - The Healthjump agent has succesfully reported back into Healthjump.
- Agent Connection Lost - The Healthjump agent is no longer reporting back into Healthjump.
- Backload Extraction Completed - The inital Backload of data for a element has been complete. Note, extraction simply means the data has been pulled, but not yet loaded to the customers schema.
- Daily Extraction Completed - The incremental pull of data for an element has been complete. Note: extraction simply means the data has been pulled, but not yet loaded to the customers schema.
- Data Imported to Schema - Data has been imported into the customers schema. This alert is specific to the connections client ID an element.
Notification Delivery
Healthjump supports upto 3 types of delivery methods for subscribed notifications.
- SNS
- Webhook
Not, due to the sheet amount of alerts the Exatraction and Import alerts can create, these are only subscribable via Webhook.
Notification Webhook URL Setup
Prior to setting up webhook as a notification destination, the URLs must be setup within the Healthjump Webapp.
- Login to the Healthjump App
- Click on your avatar in the upper right hand corner of the app
- Click on Account > Webhook Settings
- Click on Add Webhook URL
- Enter the name and url of the webhook you are creating. You can create a seperate webhook for each event type you subscribe to, or have one for all of your events.
Notification Setup
- Login to the Healthjump App
- Click on your avatar in the upper right hand corner of the app
- Click on Account > Notifications
- Select each notification type you wish to subscribe to
- When selecting webhook, you can then select the webhook URL created in the step above.
- Note : An initial "verification" payload will be sent that must be clicked on prior to the webhook being activated.
