Prerequisites
The Site Connect agent must be installed on the database server or an application server within the same network as the database server. Additionally, the person completing the install must have admin access to that server as well as the database itself. This is required so that a read-only SQL login can be created for the agent to utilize. If you are unsure of how your EHR is hosted then we recommend reaching out to your EHR Vendor for more information. If the EHR is hosted by the vendor then they must complete the installation on your behalf.

- Applicable for installation on MS Windows Server and Desktop environments (Java based agent available for UNIX/OSX based environments).
OS :
- Windows Server 2008 R2 or Later
Software Requirements :
- .Net 4.5.2 or Higher
Disk Space and RAM :
- 5 GB Minimum free space and 1 GB RAM
Permissions :
- Installation privileges.
- Run as a service privileges.
- Access to the C: drive, which is where the agent gets installed.
DB Permissions :
- Read Only is required.
- *Read & Write access is required for bidirectional interfaces.
