If you are having issues with the Healthjump app, we have provided a feedback widget that will allow you to capture screenshots while recording the console logs being generated during your session.
This will allow our product developers here at Healthjump to see specifically what is causing the issue, allowing us to provide faster service.
To open a Webapp Bug, click on the feedback widget in the right hand side of the webapp:
To log a bug, ticket, feature request, or general feedback, click on the feedback tab located on the right side of the screen once logged into the app.
Let’s take a look at these feedback types to determine the correct type of feedback to provide to Healthjump.
Bugs - Webapp [Report a bug]
The Healthjump App allows our users to manage their EHR integrations, implementation processes, and their data warehouse. The app allows users to open tickets, add new connections, add other users, and access database explorer amongst other features. On occasion you may run into issues with the app like:
- Widgets crashing
- Errors when adding new users
- Screens going blank
Bugs with the Healthjump app are routed to the Healthjump Product team. They are triaged and scheduled for solving if determined to be an issue with the app itself. You will receive an automated confirmation email validating your bug submission and a bug report will be opened. This will allow us to keep you posted about the resolution.

Data / Platform [Open a Ticket]
At the core of the Healthjump product is the ability to connect, manage, and deliver data from the various EHR data sources our customers are connected to. If you find an issue with the data, such as a practice is missing or data is not formatted correctly, you can open a ticket with the existing ticket process.
These tickets will be routed directly to your Client Success Manager.

Customer suggestions have led to some of our most used improvements. We encourage you to send us your suggestions on how we can improve the platform. All feature requests are reviewed and evaluated by the Product team. The requests can be seen and voted on within our public roadmap here.
General feedback provides a medium for customers to provide honest and sincere feedback about both our data platform, and the Healthjump App. Positive feedback will be looked at by the entire organization. If we find a "marketable" quote, our marketing team may even reach out for permission to share.
