EZClaim is a cloud-based practice management solution that has helped over 12,000 healthcare professionals. Datavant Site Connect has the ability to connect and extract your EZClaim Cloud data as easily as we do from on-premise solutions. To do so, please follow the directions below:
Please provide the following information to Datavant Site Connect:
Token String
Token Expiration
Token Name
This token, along with its corresponding scopes, is generated within the EZClaim application. To create the token, do the following within the EZClaim application:
- Go to Tools.
- Click on API Access Tokens next click on New Token.
- Enter a name and expiration date for the token and select the scopes you will use, then click Save.
- Be sure to save the token when it's generated
- Once it's generated, EZClaim will configure your account with the API
- Provide these fields to Datavant Site Connect through the customer web app.
To ensure Datavant Site Connect can access all necessary data points, we suggest a service account is created and/or provided with similar privileges as a Practice Manager or Administrator. This is strictly to ensure Datavant Site Connect will have proper access to the required data elements.
