Prerequisites
The Datavant Site Connect agent must be installed on the database server or an application server within the same network as the database server. Additionally, the person completing the install must have admin access to that server as well as the database itself. This is required so that a read-only SQL login can be created for the agent to utilize. If you are unsure of how your EHR is hosted then we recommend reaching out to your EHR Vendor for more information. If the EHR is hosted by the vendor then they must complete the installation on your behalf.

EHR DB Permissions
In most cases, Datavant Site Connect agent only needs read-only permissions to the EHR database. Read-write will be required when Datavant Site Connect agent is establishing a custom bi-directional interface.
Specific database/schema permissions required database objects will be provided when the specific EHR order is made.
