Welcome! On the Datavant Site Connect Web App homepage, you'll notice a number of widgets intended to give you a quick look at your connections, open tickets, data warehouse, and activity.
Starting in the upper left, The first row of widgets is just your data at a glance. This series of tiles are designed to give you a quick overview of your connections and your data. Different tiles will be available on the connection types the customer has in place.
The widget in the upper right is for recent updates on tickets that have been opened with HealthJump. This widget is in place to give the user the ability to quickly see the items that have been updated most recently and manage those tickets. The widget shows five tickets, they are organized starting with the most recently updated, open tickets. All other tickets can be found in the ticket manager.
On the right side of the homepage is where you can find your event calendar as well as a list of upcoming events the customer has scheduled with Datavant Site Connect. The Calendar will mostly be used for installation and maintenance calls.
The widget in the lower left gives you a quick view of the data warehouse. The data warehouse widget gives you a view of the amount of data being extracted or modified within the last 8 days. The orange line segment, which corresponds with the left y-axis "Created Records", shows the number of new records we've extracted in the last 7 days. The blue line segment, which corresponds with the right x-axis "Modified Records", shows the number of records that already existed in our data warehouse, but have been altered with the last 7 days.
The widget in the lower right is the agent activity feed where you can find updates on each of your agents. The widget shows you the client_id of the practice, along with a symbol indicating the event, and the total number of events. Expanding the row will show you more details of the events. The red radioactive symbol means an agent has been added to quarantine. When an agent is added to quarantine it means our connection has been interrupted, and extraction scripts will not execute until resolved. When an agent connection is interrupted the next notification you may see are the arrows chasing one another in a circle, signaling JumpAgent Restart has been attempted. This means HealthJump has noticed the connection issue and has attempted to resolve the issue by trying to restart the JumpAgent service remotely. When you notice an agent has been moved into quarantine, use this link to find the article on how to resolve connection issues. If the remote restart is unsuccessful and the connection issue persists, HealthJump will reach out to the practice for assistance. The yellow exclamation point lets you know the agent has been removed from quarantine, the connection has been re-established, and extraction scripts will resume overnight.
Customers with API selected as a product may also see a widget for API Date. The API data table shows you the total number of API calls made over each of the previous 8 days, as well as the daily average response time for the API calls made. The orange total API calls graph is linked to the left y-axis showing the total number of API calls made each day. The blue graph links to the right y-axis showing what the average response was for that day in seconds.
Customers with further projects with Datavant Site Connect will also have a billable hours widget. The widget shows the number of hours you have purchased from Datavant Site Connect for an additional service or project. Datavant Site Connect team members will keep track of the number of hours they spend working on a billable project, those will be reflected in the widget.
