The connections page shows you a list of all of the practices. The name of the practice, the Datavant Site Connect internal client_id, and the EMR are listed for each connection. Every practice also has a bubble that will be either Green, Red, or Grey to indicate the current status of each connection. Green indicates this agent is active and extractions should be completed as scheduled. Red indicates the JumpAgent Service has gone down for this practice. Datavant Site Connect will attempt to resolve down connections by trying to restart the service remotely. If the remote restart is unsuccessful and the connection issue persists, HealthJump will reach out to the practice for assistance. When the connection is red extractions will not be able to resume until the service has been restarted and the connection is reestablished. When you notice an agent has gone down, use this link to find the article on how to resolve connection issues. Grey means the connection has been archived and the extractions will not be run. The tabs at the top of this page allow you to sort all of your connections by either status or by EMR type.
Selecting a connection will expand the details for this connection. The expanded details show you more details specific to each customer. In this window you can see a more detailed status, you can open a new ticket with Datavant Site Connect for that practice and you can view the contact listed. The newest feature Datavant Site Connect had added is the extractions tab. For the first time, Datavant Site Connect gives you the ability to make changes to your extraction on your own! You can choose the scripts you would like to have run for each customer and you can edit the extraction schedule.
The minus sign immediately to the left of the status indicator gives you a quick way to submit a termination request for a client. All you have to do is select the termination reason that most closely describes your situation.
